How to delete your account and user data

To permanently delete your user account and any associated data you have two options:

Option 1 (this option requires you to have an active subscription)

• Go to the profile page in the ONVY app by tapping on the round icon on the bottom right of your screen showing either a user icon or your profile picture.

• Select “Settings”

• Select “Delete account”

• Confirm deletion in the dialog that follows

Option 2

Write an email to contact@onvy.health requesting the deletion of your account.

Note: the email address which you registered with is required to delete your account.

Once your account is scheduled for deletion, the process cannot be cancelled. Your account and user data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. None of your data is retained.
